Lost your authenticator app
Sign in with your password as usual, and on the code page enter one of the recovery codes you saved when you turned two-factor on (they look like abcd-1234). Each works once.
No recovery codes either? Ask your workspace owner or admin to contact DocuDriver support; an operator can reset your second factor, after which you sign in and set it up again.
